I now have a whopping total of 6 cameras. I'd say thats pretty impressive for the average photographer. I feel lost though.
For the amount of cameras I have, I hardly take any photos and I can't really figure out why. I find myself only wanting to use my "fun" cameras for SUPER rare occasions. And it seems like nothing qualifies as "SUPER rare."
I am trying too hard. Consequently I am not taking any pictures at all. So, am I even trying?
I think I feel too pressured to produce good photos, especially when I use a Polaroid. The pressure is seriously high now that a single pack of film costs upwards of $25 bucks. Shit.
My goal for this summer is to open up and try to see the world with a new lens, one that isn't just seeking out cliche candid moments to turn into a print. Nature is always beautiful so I will begin this new journey of "not trying to hard," there. See you soon.
